B&R X20CP1685 Atom 800MHz PLC CPU with 512MB RAM

The B&R X20CP1685 is a modern one-slot X20 CPU based on the Intel Atom E3915 platform. It combines 512 MB LPDDR4 RAM with 1 GB onboard eMMC flash while retaining a CompactFlash slot for removable application storage.

Compared with the older X20CP1585 generation, the X20CP1685 uses newer LPDDR4 memory and integrated flash. Compared with the X20CP3685, it has the same processor and main memory but only one modular interface slot and no redundancy support.
