Using Nidec Motion Control System, Efficient driving solution for intelligent stacker reclaimer

In modern bulk conveying systems, stacker reclaimers are widely used as key equipment in coal and ore storage plants in industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, and chemical engineering.

Customer Demand

The customer raised the following key requirements during the implementation of the stacker reclaimer project:

A. Realize smooth start stop and high-precision stable speed control for large inertia loads;
B. Support multiple operational processes, requiring drivers to have programmable functionality;
C. Due to limited installation space, a compact structural design is required;
D. Provide rich bus interfaces for PLC control and data acquisition.
E. The cantilever belt conveyor is the main body, consisting of the belt conveyor and other working mechanisms (rotation, amplitude, expansion, operation) and the frame. Fill in 6500T per hour;
