Return Policy

1. Applicability

This policy applies to all products purchased directly from Dengfeng (Zhaoqing) Trading Co., Ltd. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Quality-Related Issues: Product functional issues or damage caused by transportation.

Non-Quality Issues: Returns for reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., size/color preferences, changed mind, order the wrong goods) will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact lotusdeng@dfmold168.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Provide evidence (e.g., photos/videos) of quality defects

Step 3: Ship the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

Step 4: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Quality Issues: Covered by Dengfeng (Zhaoqing) Trading Co., Ltd.

Non-Quality Issues: Paid by the customer.

5. Exceptions

Customized/personalized items are non-returnable.

Perishable goods cannot be returned.
