The B&R 80SD100XD.C0XX-01 is an ACOPOSmicro module designed to control two two-phase bipolar stepper motors from one compact cabinet-mounted device.
This version is intended for applications that do not require integrated encoder inputs or analog input channels. It provides two stepper motor connections, X2X Link communication, and configurable current settings for holding, boost, and continuous operating conditions.
With 256 microsteps per motor step, the module supports smoother movement during low-speed positioning and feed operations. The independent current settings allow the connected motor configuration to be adapted to the required machine cycle and standstill behavior.
Two 24 VDC sink inputs can be used as trigger inputs, while the integrated 24 VDC output can support machine-side status or control functions. The module also provides holding-brake connection, enable input, and automatic motor identification functions.
This product is a two-axis stepper motor control module. It should not be described as an FPGA controller, PLC, servo motor, power supply module, HMI, or standalone I/O module.

Industrial retrofit projects
Install the module on a conductive and properly earthed backplane inside a grounded electrical cabinet.
Confirm that both connected motors are compatible two-phase bipolar stepper motors before wiring.
Verify the X2X Link arrangement, supply-voltage range, configured current values, brake wiring, enable circuit, and motor connection order before commissioning.
Terminal blocks and cables are ordered separately and should match the original machine installation.
