The B&R 80SD100XD.C0XX-21 is an ACOPOSmicro stepper motor module designed to control two two-phase bipolar stepper motors from one compact control-cabinet module.
Unlike a standard single-axis stepper drive, this version provides two motor connections and two analog inputs. The ±10 V, 13-bit analog channels can be used for external reference or process signals within a compatible automation design.
The module communicates through X2X Link and operates from a 24 to 64 VDC power supply. It provides 10 A continuous current capability, 256 microsteps per motor step, two trigger-capable digital inputs, and one 24 VDC digital output.
The 80SD100XD.C0XX-21 also supports motor holding-brake wiring, enable control, and automatic motor identification. It is intended for cabinet-mounted motion systems using compatible B&R automation hardware.
This product is a two-axis stepper motor control module. It should not be described as a PLC, servo motor, power supply, Industry 5.0 controller, cognitive controller, or standalone I/O module.

Install the module inside a correctly grounded electrical control cabinet.
Confirm that both connected motors are compatible two-phase bipolar stepper motors before wiring.
Verify the X2X Link network arrangement, supply-voltage range, configured current values, analog input wiring, brake wiring, and enable circuit before commissioning.
Terminal blocks are ordered separately and should match the existing installation configuration.
