The B&R 80SD100XS.C04X-01 is a single-axis stepper motor module from the ACOPOSmicro range. It is designed to control one two-phase bipolar stepper motor through a full-bridge output stage.
This module is suitable for compact motion tasks where a stepper axis must be connected to an X2X Link automation structure. It supports a 24 V incremental encoder input, allowing encoder feedback to be used for motion monitoring and axis-related machine functions.
The module provides 256 microsteps per motor step, which supports smoother low-speed movement and more refined positioning behavior than full-step operation. Holding current, boost current, and continuous current can be configured independently to suit the installed motor and motion duty.
The 80SD100XS.C04X-01 also includes two digital trigger-capable inputs, one 24 VDC digital output, a holding-brake connection, and an enable input. It is intended for control-cabinet installation as part of a compatible B&R automation system.
This product is a stepper motor control module. It should not be described as a stepper motor, PLC, power supply module, servo motor, or HMI.
