B&R 4P3040.01-490 Power Panel PP41 5.7 Inch HMI PLC with CAN and Digital I/O

The B&R 4P3040.01-490 is a Power Panel PP41 operator panel with integrated control functions for machine automation systems.

It combines a 5.7 inch QVGA monochrome display, operator keys, controller hardware, digital I/O, communication interfaces, and adapter-module expansion in one panel-mounted unit. The eight soft keys and 32 function keys provide direct operator control for machine commands, status screens, setup functions, and production handling.

The integrated controller platform includes 700 kB SRAM and 1.4 MB FlashPROM. A PCMCIA slot is provided for removable memory use, while RS232 and electrically isolated CAN communication support connection to compatible machine devices and automation networks.

This model includes 10 digital 24 VDC inputs and 8 digital 24 VDC outputs rated at 0.4 A. Six adapter-module slots allow the installed hardware configuration to be expanded according to the existing machine design.
